ESD dissipative spray coating 400ml
Anti-static ESD safe paint in 400 ml spray can, light grey colour.
Permanent dissipative coating, ideal for use on shelves, trolleys, containers and technical furniture.
Developed to be be applied on insulative or poorly conductive materials that need to be electrically dissipative. It is also used to treat materials such as steel, aluminum, etc. in order to ensure a “gentle discharge” (for some materials a primer is necessary).
The spray nozzle produces a wide and extremely finely atomized spray to ensure an even paint application.
Minimum order quantities: 2 pieces and multiples.
Specifications
- Solvent based, two-component polyurethane spray coating in a single can: once activated, it must be applied within approx. 5 hours
- Yield: 1-2 square metres approx. per 400 ml of product
- Colour: Light grey ≈ RAL 7035 (a slight difference from RAL 7035 is due to the conductive pigment used)
- Materials: It can be applied on different substrates, sometimes difficult to be coated, such as metal, laminate, wood, plastic, PVC, GRP, etc.
- Highly resistant to abrasion and chemicals
- Surface resistance: < 3.5E7Ω
- The electrical properties are permanent and independent of humidity and temperature
- IEC 61340-5-1 compliant.
Product variations available on request (Colour): Blue ≈ RAL 5014, Red ≈ RAL 3000, Black ≈ RAL 9005.
