Anti-static floor coating

EM40 ESD safe dissipative, water based acrylic paint, suitable for application on floors and walls.
Indicated for floors subject to low-stress conditions with passage of people only.
A rising damp lower than 2% is strongly recommended for best results.
Supplied in 5 litres can.

Laying method

  • Ready to use, water based paint with low odour – Ready mixed (do not thin)
  • Apply over a smooth, sealed floor, free from dirt, oil or any loose particles, pre-treated with water based primer (El.Mi product no.: 149369A)
  • For the grounding, we suggest to install 1 bonding point equipped with copper strap every 100 square meters
  • Method of application: by brush or roller
  • Coverage (1 coat): 10 m^2 per litre, 50 m^2 per tin
  • Number of coats recommended for best results: 2 thin layers (do not over apply thickness)
  • Drying time (20 °C): Touch dry in 2 hours, Re-coat at 8-10 hours, Full cure in 3 days
  • Equipment may be cleaned in warm water after use.
