ESD floor mat roll, 2x23m
QUICKSTAT ECN – Anti-static, ESD safe floor mat in 23 metres roll, characterized by an easy, quick and cost-effective installation process.
Double-layer type (static dissipative / conductive): its conductivity depends on the highly conductive lower layer.
In very small areas (up to 2 sqm, using a single mat cut), QUICKSTAT can be layed simply using a common double-sided adhesive tape, making possible an effective installation at extremely low costs. Earthing can be done by installing a grounding cable equipped with a 1 MOhm resistor.
In bigger areas (and in any case, when using multiple mat cuts), the use of conductive glue* is necessary, having previously installed a copper grid on the floor below for grounding, connected with earthing points.
