Quickstat Deluxe – Anti-static ESD safe floor mat made of 2 high-quality rubber layers (static-dissipative top layer / black conductive bottom layer), calendered and vulcanized together. The compound which the top layer is made of, contains multicoloured flecks with a maximum diameter of 2 mm.
Slightly embossed reflection breaking surface.

Quickstat Deluxe ESD mats
Quickstat Deluxe ESD safe floor mats are characterized by an easy, quick and cost-effective installation process. Their conductivity depends on the highly conductive lower layer.
INSTALLATION
- In very small areas (up to 2 sqm, using a single mat cut), Quickstat can be layed simply using a common double-sided adhesive tape, making possible an effective installation at extremely low costs. Earthing can be done by installing a grounding cable equipped with a 1 MOhm resistor
- In bigger areas (and in any case, when using multiple mat cuts), the use of conductive glue is necessary, having previously installed a copper grid on the floor below, connected with earthing points – ATTENTION: Gluing is not recommended in environments with rising damp values higher than 2%.
