Digital counter for taped PTH components + SMD option

County EVO –  Microcomputer based counting machine for taped components. Basic model.
It counts both axial and radial PTH (THT) components and (only by adding an optional adapter, El.Mi product no. 146504A) SMD components.
The tape is runned through the machine manually or by means of reel supports equipped with handle (NOT included).

• COUNTING MODES:
  TOTALIZER – It counts starting from zero.
  PRESET – The operator sets the number of components needed and starts counting. An acoustic alarm sounds when the total is reached.

• Requirements for PTH components:
  Lead diameter: min. 0.4 mm
  Axial components tape width: from 55 to 110 mm
  Radial components tape width: max. 18 mm
  Component diameter: max. 14 mm
• Requirements for SMD components:
  Tape width: max. 56 mm
  Pitch between holes:  4 mm – NOT suitable for tapes with a pitch of 2 mm between holes
• Display: 4 digits, height 13 mm – When the count is greater than 4 digits, the display becomes alternating (2+4 digits)
• Dimensions: 240 x 130 x 110 mm – Weight: 1.8 kg.

* Settings for counting PTH and SMD components

To count PTH components, first set the machine by indicating the number of pins per component (e.g. 1 –> 1 pin = 1 component, 2 –> 2 pins = 1 component).
For counting SMD components, the machine does not count the components but the holes along the tape: it is therefore necessary to indicate in advance the number of holes per component (e.g. 1/4 –> 1 hole = 4 components, 1/3 –> 1 hole = 3 components, 1/2 –> 1 hole = 2 components, 1 –> 1 hole = 1 component, 2 –> 2 holes = 1 component, etc.).
