Adjustable tray for taped SMD components
NCAJ-S – Tray equipped with 5 adjustable guides for up to 4 pieces of SMD carrier tape of different widths.
It can be used for quick and easy PCB assembly with components from short pieces of tape.
Ideal also for reusing SMT devices, making SMD evaluations, supplying isolated components or just simply for short reminders of carrier tapes.
Easy and quick mounting with SMT machine.
Accessories (NOT included): Additional tape guides are available on request.

Set up
- Set the tape guides (4 mm pitch)
- Put the carrier tape into the tape guides
- Secure the carrier tape using stopper pins
- Set the carrier tape tray in your mounter.
