ESD safe anti-fatigue floor mat (9 mm), 3 sizes
Antifatigue floor mat made of dissipative ESD safe PVC, equipped with 10 mm press stud.
Designed to protect the operator from static build-up and to provide comfort underfoot. Can reduce the health dangers of standing for long periods of time, especially on hard, cold floors.
Generally used around machinery, where static build-up is common.
Methods of use and maintenance
- For optimal ESD protection, the mat should be placed on an anti-static ESD safe floor and connected to Earth via the 10 mm press stud (cables NOT included)
- Do NOT use in high voltage areas (exceeding 240 Volts) or with electrical switchboard matting
- For an optimal electrical performance, regularly brush or mop the top surface with ESD safe instruments and cleaners. The use of IPA wipes, normal cleaners or general anti-bacterial products is NOT recommended.

- Chemical resistance: PVC is resistant to many different chemicals, alkalies and general industrial chemicals. Resists to alcohol, aliphatic hydrocarbons, weak acids, strong mineral acids and alkalies. Resists to oil and grease if properly cleansed
- Compliances: RoHS, REACH, IEC-61340-5-1, FVMVSS 302 (flame retardant: will not burn after the ignition source is removed – when forced to burn, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen chloride fumes are emitted).
