Application method on glass or other surfaces
- To be applied on clean and dry surfaces, at a minimum room temperature of 10 °C
- Cut the film in order to make it a few millimeters smaller than the area to be covered
- Fill a fine spray bottle with a solution of clean water and neutral detergent (e.g., shampoo, 10/12 drops approx. per litre of water) and shake
- Spray the solution over the surface to be coated, so that it becomes wet and slippery
- Remove the protective film
- Spray the solution over the entire adhesive surface (to make this easier, it is recommended to tape two corners and pull)
- Place the film on the wet surface
- Spray the anti-adhesive solution on the outside of the film as well (it will serve as a lubricant)
- Remove water from the surface with a squeegee scraper or a roller made of special scratch-resistant rubber [CAUTION: if these precautions are not observed, the dissipative surface of the film may be damaged]
- Remove water and air bubbles under the surface by slowly pressing down on the film, proceeding from the centre to the outer edges
- Repeat this operation several times, until the water has completely come out
- Complete adhesion of the film to the surface will occur within 3 to 5 days.
Maintenance
- Use a soft cloth with a solution of water and detergent
- Do not use chemicals, alcohol or solvent based products.
