Soldering paste mixer

EL-600NPlanetary centrifugal mixer for solder paste, suitable for 1 or 2 jars.
Ideal for optimizing solder paste viscosity before stencil printing and reflow soldering processes.
The jars, positioned inside the mixer at an angle of 45°, are rotated at high speed according to the principle of planetary rotation.
The paste is then mixed on 3 axes, uniformly arranging the solid and liquid parts inside and eliminating air bubbles.
Thanks to the adjustable mixing speed and time, is possible to obtain always the same viscosity and uniform quality printing results.
After being mixed, the paste will be less likely to absorb moisture.
The system is very easy to operate: Just put the solder paste jars into the fixture, set
the mixing time and press the start button. When the cycle is finished, the system will stop automatically. The operator can easily adjust the speed, which is shown on the display.
The combination of a door lock and a micro switch ensures safety.
Sealed bearings make the system durable and eliminate maintenance.
It is not recommended to mix the hardened paste directly from the refrigerator, but only after a minimal tempering time.
