- APPLICATION: A thin application is in most cases sufficient for easy-to-solder surfaces. In case of poor solderability, an advance cleaning or mechanical removement of the oxide layer by grinding is recommended. The water soluble flux residues are corrosive and can be washed off easily with water. Best results are achieved with hot water.
The application mode depends on requirements: brushing, dispensing and dipping are suitable.
The heating can be done by soldering iron, flame, or dipping into a hot solder bath – ATTENTION: In order to avoid a virtually explosive evaporation, don’t dip the part too fast into the hot solder bath.
