Quickstat series ESD safe mats
Quickstat ESD safe floor mats are characterized by a very easy, quick and cost-effective installation process. Their conductivity depends on the highly conductive lower layer.
INSTALLATION METHODS
- In very small areas (up to 2 sqm, using a single mat cut), Quickstat can be layed simply using a common double-sided adhesive tape, making possible an effective installation at extremely low costs. Earthing can be done by installing a grounding cable equipped with a 1 MOhm resistor.
- In bigger areas (and in any case, when using multiple mat cuts), the use of conductive glue is necessary, having previously installed a copper grid on the floor below, connected with earthing points – ATTENTION: Gluing is not recommended in environments with rising damp values higher than 2%.
